Coffee or Tea

Tea of Taiwan is very famous in the world. People grow tea trees in the mountain that they can get fresh and the highest level tea leaves. Drinking tea is traditional but coffee is not. You can buy many kinds of drink are made by tea everywhere in Taiwan. Recently, people like to drink coffee. There is a study said "People like to drink coffee because it can show their higher society level." Coffee was abroad, it was kind of new thing; You can say it is fashion. In fact, coffee and tea have the same solution which can keep us wake. But it is useless to me, I could drink a lot and sleep well. I prefer tea to coffee. Different types of tea with different taste and smell. There is a very important step is smelling it before you drink hot tea. It is an old way to help you enjoy the tea. Green tea, oolong tea, red tea and high mountain tea are excellent. If you try them, you will love to drink tea.

Movise

In Taiwan, people prefer the America movies to the local movies. I think it because Hollawood is the best and hugest industry in the world. Recently, there are almost 80% movise come from the United states. It's also an important and direct way to know America culture. My favorite movie is "The Pursuit of Happyness." After watching this movie, I tell myself I have to work and study hard like Will Smith. It boosts my morale. People say "Where there is a well, there is a way." So, don't be sad when we are in the trouble. In my free time I like to watch movies at home. It is the best way to spend time and relax myslfe.

The first reaction for the United States

I have America dream till studying English in junior high school. I came to the United States in January, it was so cold at that time. When I went into the dormitory, I felt so hot because the heater. It's queer in this situation because it wasted a lot of money. People in this country are very friendly. I like the environment here, it can make my mind and thoughts extensively. Above all, I like America especially Carbondale.

My Favorit Type of Music

Pop music is my favorit music. I listened this kind of music in English when I was junior in the university. I had a presentation about English song in the music class. Actually, I have never listened English song, so I asked helping from my friend. She gave me some suggestions and lent me some CD to pick out a song I liked. Finally, I listened a melody which was interesting me. It's named "Can't fight the moonlight" which made me exciting when I listen it every time. However, I don't know the backe ground even the words of the song. So I watched the move "Coyote Ugly" three times. Then I mad a successful presentation one week later. I would like to listen this song until now. If I feel sad or have negative moods, I will listen this song to make me happy and it is usefull every time. It's the first English song I listened also my favorit song.

My Favorite Food

My favorite food is "curry". Whether japanese type or indian type of curry are both delicious. There are many kinds of curry in th world. So, I would like to try new flavors when I go to a new restaurant even a new country. I have been to Japan seven days and eatten curry rice for ten meals. Those are tasty! However, I like to cook curry by myself. Because I can cook alot at one time that I can eat it for whole week. And I can choose what I want to put in curry. Also, I can make many kinds of snacks by the extra curry if I don't finish it in one week. It smells good becaus spice and herbs. In fact, it's very special to American. Some of my American friends are like it but some are not. I hope you will like it after my introduction.
